Cybee attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of users of its services and the confidentiality of their personal data, and thus undertakes to process data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, aux fichiers et aux libertés (hereinafter the “Data Protection Act”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “RGPD”).
This document will explain what personal data is collected and how it may be used. You will also find our contact details if you have any questions or concerns regarding the processing of your personal data.
Definitions
Personal data: personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e. a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to him or her.
Processing of personal data: the processing of personal data includes any operation or set of operations concerning such data, regardless of the process used, and in particular the collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, as well as the blocking, erasure or destruction.
Cookie: a cookie is a piece of information deposited on an Internet user’s hard disk by the server of the site he or she is visiting. It contains several pieces of information: the name of the server that placed it, a unique identifier number, and possibly an expiry date. This information is sometimes stored on the computer in a simple text file which a server accesses to read and record information.
User : a user is a Cybee customer who contractually benefits from Cybee services and solutions.
Prospect : a prospect is a person interested in the services and solutions offered by Cybee through consultation of one of Cybee’s sites or through physical meetings.

What data is collected?
The main data collected
Cybee collects data :
- Users, in order to provide them with the services for which they have subscribed to a Cybee solution.
- Prospects, through contact forms or other means (trade shows, training courses, etc.).
- automatically as a result of the User’s actions on one of Cybee’s sites.
Purpose of data collection
Personal data collected by Cybee in the course of providing services is necessary for the performance of contracts entered into with the User, or to enable Cybee to pursue its legitimate interests while respecting the User’s rights. Certain data may also be processed on the basis of the User’s consent.
The purposes for which Cybee processes data are as follows:
- commercial and accounting management of the contract
- management of marketing activities;
- detection of malicious behavior (fraud, phishing, spam, etc.);
- more generally, any of the purposes referred to in article 2 of Deliberation no. 2012-209 of June 21, 2012 creating a simplified standard concerning the automated processing of personal data relating to the management of users and prospects.
Data collected via the contact form is considered as prospecting data, collected on the basis of the execution of pre-contractual measures.
You consent to the collection and processing of your e-mail address for the purpose of sending newsletters, in accordance with the conditions set out in this privacy policy.
What technical data is collected when you visit our website?
During your visit to our cybee.fr site, technical data is collected for a limited period of time, such as your IP address, date, time, time zone, as well as information on the Web site from which you arrived on this site, your browser and the version of your computer’s operating system.
What personal data is collected when you subscribe to our newsletter?
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your first name, last name and e-mail address.
Cookies
The Cybee website uses cookies to facilitate site navigation and improve our website, to perform the service provided by Matomo, and to measure the site’s audience.
The cookies we use are “analytical” and are used by Matomo’s internal service. They allow us to differentiate and know the number of users of the site, while observing the navigation and use of visitors to our website.
You may object to the tracking of your browsing on this website. This will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning about your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.

A tracker is also set up by Appvizer on certain form validation pages, to enable us to count the number of visitors who have validated a form coming from this site. No personal data is transmitted.

Recipient of data collected?
Disclosure of your personal data
Personal data collected by Cybee is intended solely for Cybee and is never transferred to a third party.
Cybee does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cybee does not engage in profiling.
Is personal data collected transferred to countries outside the European Union?
Prospect and customer emails are used in our CRM solution hosted in France and in compliance with the RGPD.
Our mass-mailing solution is a company incorporated under French law and in compliance with the RGPD.
How long will the personal data collected be kept?
Prospect” data will be kept for two years from the last contact with you.
“Customer” data will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, and for a further 3 years from the expiry of the contract for commercial prospecting purposes.
In the case of newsletter subscriptions, the personal data collected will be kept for the duration of the newsletter subscription. In the event of unsubscription, this data will be deleted immediately.
Security measures
Cybee has taken all necessary precautions to protect the security of personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted or damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
These measures include the following:
- Encrypted data transmission using SSL/https/VPN technology,
- Tier 3+ data centers certified ISO 27001 & PCI DSS
- Laptop encryption
- Secure password wallet
- Regular Pentests
Your rights
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2, section b), you may request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@cybee.fr. We are under a legal obligation to respond within 10 days.
However, this does not apply to data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
In accordance with article 13, paragraph 2, section c): “ the existence of the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent carried out prior to the withdrawal thereof”.
